The central government has launched an e-labor portal for unorganized sector workers. This will benefit around 38 crore workers in the unorganized sector. The government will prepare a national database through this portal and an e-labor card will be issued to the workers who register on this portal. With the help of this card, a registered employee can avail various social security schemes anywhere, anytime in the country.

Things to keep in mind before registering E Sharam Card.

The applicant beneficiary should not be paying Income Tax.
The age of the worker should be more than 16 years and less than 59 years.

Some Important Information of E-Labour Card

The government has started the work of making e-Labour Card from 26 August 2021.
Citizens of any state of the country can make this card.
Through this card you will be able to avail various government schemes.
All unorganized sector workers can generate e-Labour Card.
With the creation of this card, the database of all workers will be available to the government.
This database will be created by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

First of all you have to go to e Shram portal website .
On the home page, you have to click on E Shram Register option.
Now a new page will open in front of you
On it you have to enter your Aadhaar link mobile number, captcha code, EPFO and ESIC member status.
Now you have to click on Send OTP option.
After this, you have to enter the received OTP in the OTP box.
Now you have to click on register option.
In this way you will be able to register on the e Shram portal.

Procedure to get E Labor Card | Process For e-sharm Card

First of all you have to go to the official website of e Shram portal.
Now the home page will open in front of you.
On the home page, you have to click on the option of Register on E Shram.
After this, a new page will open in front of you where you have to enter your Aadhaar link mobile number and captcha code.
Now you have to enter EPFO and ESIC member status.
Now you have to click on Send OTP option.
After this an OTP will be sent to your mobile phone which you have to enter in the OTP box.
Now you have to click on submit option.
After this you have to enter your Aadhaar number.
Now you have to click on submit option.
After this, another OTP will be sent to your mobile phone, which you have to enter in the OTP box and click on the validate option.
Now your photograph and other information from your Aadhaar card database will open in front of you on your screen.

After this, you have to click on confirm option to enter other details.
After this you have to enter the following information:-

You have to upload all important documents.
Now you have to click on the option of Preview Self Declaration.
Now all the information entered by you will be opened in front of you.
You must check this information.
After this, you have to tick the declaration and click on submit option.
Now an OTP will be sent to your mobile phone, which you have to enter in the OTP box and click on the verify option.
Now you have to click on confirm option.
After this your e-Shram Card will open in front of you.
Now you have to click on Download UAN Card option.
